Bethesda



This year Bethesda wanted to emphasize VR, e-sports and live-streamed panels. These elements were highlighted as the three main focal structures of the booth. This was utilized with a  large stage and showcasing fans gaming in a premium environment facing the main aisle.  

Wolfenstein 2 was primarily promoted through a scenic recreation of Papa Joe’s Diner from the game. Playing off this Americana style of the diner, fans were able to play the game in vintage booths and were served strawberry milkshakes in branded cups. There was also a photo opportunity where fans could pose like the main character of the game and recreate the cover art. They were able to email or text the photo to share on social media and receive a printed take away.

The Evil Within 2 was an immersive experience that played on the senses. This game had 3 main themes that were highlighted through 3 different hallways. Utilizing lighting, sound domes, special effects, scenic elements, and a photo opportunity, fans experienced the true essence of this survival horror game.
